Like all casino poker online games, a lot of the individual rules for Caribbean Stud Poker are up to the personal preference of the casino. Normally, the differences between casinos are so minute that it doesn’t make a difference to the game. In the matter of payouts, however, casino differences can really affect how much you walk away with in your pocket.

A standard Caribbean Stud Poker game will pay out even money on a pair of jack or better. I haven’t seen a casino that deviates from this standard, unless they are running a special promotion where players can get more than is standard. Where things get a little tricky is when you start dealing with the higher value hands. I would strongly suggest that you only play Caribbean Stud Poker at casinos that pay out 1000 to one for a Royal Flush. Trust me; casinos with payout that high are out there. Don’t feel that you have to play at the readily available online casinos that give very poor odds. Some casinos even have payouts as low as 200 to one for a Royal Flush. Given the difficulty of getting that hand, a payout like 200 to one is just ridiculous. You deserve a better payout in your Caribbean Stud Poker game.
